Eurobuild | Builders back in profit

POLAND Medium and large-sized construction companies generated a total net profit of PLN 4.3bln in 2018, compared to PLN 2.9 bln in the previous year, according to the "Construction market in Poland 2019-2025" report published by Spectis.
Companies have started placing higher bids to win contracts, they are more careful with the contracts they choose to bid for and occasionally they refuse to sign contracts even once they place the winning bid.
